Empire State Air Museum

This project involved a small roof and steel roof deck replacement on a narrow connecting roof between two buildings. The guys certainly enjoyed being able to see some really cool airplanes as they were working!
The Lion Factory - Troy, NY
2022
The Lion Factory, formerly known as Standard Manufacturing, is under renovations to become an apartment complex on 2nd St. in Troy. Lambert Contracting removed the existing roof, replaced rotten roof deck boards, installed a new roof insulation system, and installed an EPDM roof system to ensure the building is protected from the elements for years to come.
Liquid Coating - Premiere Brands of America - Hudson, NY

This old built up roofing system was the perfect candidate for a liquid coating to help extend its life and prevent leaks. Newbury Hotel - Coxsackie, NY

This new hotel overlooking the Hudson River features a bar on the top floor with a patio that extends onto the roof. LC completed the EPDM roof and the patio paver system.
Cable Mills River Houses - Williamstown, MA

Siena College McGuire Hall - Loudonville, NY

Siena College is one of the most prestigious colleges in the Capital Region. This project involved the installation of CertainTeed Belmont Shingles, which provide a slate look without the higher price tag. In addition, there was a small section of flat roofing to complete using an EPDM membrane
1900 Bleeker Street - Utica, NY

For this particular project we had to be innovative in order to find the right materials that could A.) be approved by the architect and client, B.) meet the warranty requirements, C.) be available and received in time due to supply chain shortages. We ended up finding a supplier called Duro-Last and are using their system to complete this job.
FASNY Facade
October 2021
The FASNY Building in downtown Albany got major upgrades during its renovation in the Fall of 2021. We installed a standing-seam metal panel roof on the new facade and it truly changed the look of the building! On the back side of the facade we glued and welded a TPO membrane.
The Frear Building - Troy, NY

The Frear Building is one of the more historic buildings in Troy. This roofing project was particularly difficult due to the extremely narrow space in between the skylights that needed to be replaced. On top of this, finding the materials to get the job done was a challenge as we deal with supply chain issues.
SUNY Cobleskill Maintenance Shop

SUNY Cobleskill completely renovated their mechanic's maintenance building. It now looks modern and spectacular, thanks in part to their new metal roof we installed.

Cobleskill DOT Sign Shop Roof

Halfmoon-Waterford Fire Department

The town of Halfmoon-Waterford Constructed a new Fire Department and had Lambert Contracting complete the roofing work. For the sloped part of this project, we used CertainTeed Belmont Shingles which give a slate look. On some of these shingle roofs, we installed snow guards to prevent snow and ice from sliding off the roof. Additionally, there were three flat sections to complete using EPDM.
Catskill Watershed Corporation
August 2019
The Catskill Watershed Corporation constructed a new building for their HQ, as well as for DEC training classrooms. We installed a new TPO and standing seam metal roof. The building is beautiful and the metal panels really gave it a sharp look!
GEIS/A Duie Pyle Shipping Facility

We constructed metal canopy framing with a standing seam metal roof above the large overhead doors and installed a new EPDM roof.
In Westfield, MA, we did 1800 squares of new EPDM roofing.
In addition, we constructed a large Quonset Hut to be used as a salt shed. This process was repeated at several of their locations.
Corning Tower Roof Repairs

Fun Fact: The Corning Tower is the tallest building from NYC to Montreal. I was trusted to ensure the flashing work on the roof was completed to perfection.
Union College Boiler Building

Union College, in Schenectady, NY, was installing a new high efficiency boiler in a new construction building. We installed the roof on this building and a patio paver system on top of it.
Dollar Tree Roof Replacement

A new Dollar Tree was coming to Menands, NY and we were called to do the roof by one of our repeat clients who leased them the space. It came out fantastic!
Riverview Properties - 5th Floor Roof

Fun fact: The Riverview Center is the largest office building in Albany, with nearly 1 million sq. ft. of commercial space. We ripped and replaced the roof on the 5th floor of this historic building.
Albany Skyline Garden Apartments

This project involved a very unique design for the roof of the buildings. Several buildings required a combination of TPO and shingles. Completing these roofs in the middle of winter made it even more challenging, but we prevailed.
Carmel High School

Carmel High School had us replace an existing roof with a tapered insulation and EPDM roofing system.
Hudson Valley Community College

Hudson Valley CC is one of the greatest Community Colleges in the nation. Two of my kids have attended school there so this project was definitely special to me. We replaced the roof on several academic buildings as well as the library.
SUNY Albany - Herkimer Hall

SUNY Albany called, we answered. Herkimer Hall, a residential building on campus, had it's roof ripped and replaced.
NYS Capitol Building

In the middle of the NYS Capitol Building is a massive courtyard. It needed to be waterproofed and our solution was to apply a liquid roof coating.

This project involved removing the existing EPDM membrane and any wet layer of insulation. We then added a new layer of insulation and EPDM.
